It’s that time of year.

The time of year when they announce the new Minnesota State Fair foods, and I get SUPER excited about it.

It looks like we’ve got 3 major themes this year: Sriracha, Asian/Indian inspiration, and very gross flavors of ice cream. Here are my predictions.

The Good

Kimchi ‘n Curry Poutine from The Rabbit Hole at Taste of Midtown Global Market in the International Bazaar. This (and the rest of Rabbit Hole’s offerings) will only be available September 2-7. I think this looks awesome. A big giant flavor punch coming at you. I want some. I’m very excited to see The Rabbit Hole represented at the State Fair this year.

Usually.
