Ok, so let’s be real.
It’s February. Valentine’s Day happened, and you’re still munching on that box of chocolates, because – whether you gifted yourself, or received them from someone else – calories given with love don’t count, right?
And we’re really past the point where we can say we’re all still on our New Years resolutions (but kudos to those of you staying strong and still with it!) so maybe it’s time to consider something different.
